The health and wellness industry is rife with scams from ineffective and sometimes even dangerous supplements like green powders and vitamins to gimmicky viral gadgets like the $500 LED infrared face mask. These health and wellness products are often expensive and out of reach for most. In this video I discuss how the commodification of health and wellness has led to countless useless items proliferating social media such as Bloom green powders, flat tummy tea, skinny gummies and more.
