A different looking fruit, would you try this?!

I’ve tried hundreds of fruits and I can confidentially say that gac fruit is one of my favorites. It looks like it’s from a different planet. It has a spikey orange exterior and the pulp around the seeds is bright red.
The pulp around the seeds and the seeds are both edible. Fav fruit is a fattier fruit I would compare to avocado. It doesn’t have much flavor but is packed with vitamins and nutrients. Traditionally, it is used as a natural dye for rice dishes and for desserts as well as an additive to smoothies.
It took so long to remove all of the pulp from the seeds but it was completely worth it to me. The seeds to me look similar to a metallic turtle shell. Truly a work of art made by nature. The seeds have been used for centuries in ancient medicine ????
I’m going to use the pulp for another project and give the seeds to my friend to hopefully grow some gac trees but for now I am amazed as always by this fruit ❤️ www.instagram.com/p/C1vl0u2ol4p/I am amazed as always.
