Notice of Infringement

Your notice should include the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized agent of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property right that you claim has been infringed;
A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property right that you claim has been infringed;
A description of the content on Websharez that you claim infringes your copyright or other intellectual property right, including the URL or other specific location of the infringing material;
Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the content in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Action by Websharez
Upon receipt of a notice of infringement that complies with the requirements set forth above, we will promptly investigate the matter and, if necessary, remove or disable access to the infringing material.
If we remove or disable access to the material, we will notify the user who posted the material of the removal or disablement and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed or disabled material.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent at the address provided above. Your counter-notification should include the following information:
A physical or electronic signature;
Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material;
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed or disabled material, unless we receive notice from the original complaining party that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringing activity.
Please note that submitting a false or fraudulent counter-notification may result in legal liability.
